Let’s check the data from various Internet monitoring services.


First, we have the data from Psiphon, which is only available for a limited time.

The increase in time on May 25, 2024, was only 10 milliseconds compared to May 19, and the same 111 milliseconds as on May 16. The number of users did not change.

Let’s “stretch” the graph over a shorter period.

So, only a small spike on May 25 around 14:00. There are no dips in the graph indicating access issues to the service.

Absolutely typical situation, as for other weekends in May.

The peak traffic from Belarus over the past four weeks occurred on May 23, 2024, at 17:00 UTC.
Security and attacks:

The worst value was recorded on May 9. There was no significant change on May 25.

If you see a drop in all signals, it can be an indicator of an Internet outage:

Only the increase in Cloudflare traffic is visible.

Overall conclusion. No significant deterioration in access to external services by the Belarusian Internet audience in the country was recorded on May 25, 2024.
