Сегодня Telekom Austria написала:
Velcom, the second largest mobile operator in Belarus, grew its customer base by 20.9% from 3.1 million customers at year-end 2007 to 3.7 million at the end of 2008. Velcom’s market share increased to 44.8% at the end of December 2008 from 43.4% at the end of December 2007. The mobile penetration rate amounted to 85.1% in Belarus.
